Connecting an outside AI agent (MCP)

Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and other agents can work on RunSnip projects through its MCP server at https://runsnip.com/mcp.

With a token: Account → Access tokens creates one (it starts with snp_ and is shown once) and copies a ready-made client configuration. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Revoke a token there at any time.

Without a token: clients that sign in by themselves (OAuth) only need the address; the person approves the client in the browser, and Account → Connected apps lists and disconnects them.

Every tool acts as the account that owns the token. The debugging tools, check_project and get_preview_console, are included in Pro.
