Refund Policy

Last updated September 22, 2026

In short: try a paid plan free first. If you are charged and it is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get it all back. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Payments and refunds go through Paddle, our reseller.

1. Who handles payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle charges you, issues your invoices and handles refunds, on behalf of Nguyễn Văn Cảnh. This policy says when we will refund you; Paddle carries it out.

2. Free trials

Where a plan offers a free trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before then — from the Billing page of your account — you are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Your first payment

If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of being charged. You do not need to give a reason. The refund covers the whole amount, tax included.

4. Renewals

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing in it is deleted.

Renewal payments are not normally refunded, because you can cancel at any time before they are charged. If a renewal charged you when you did not expect it — for example you forgot to cancel and have not used the paid features since — write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will look at it in good faith.

5. Charges made in error

A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or any charge caused by a fault on our side is always refunded in full, whenever you tell us.

6. Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory right to cancel a purchase. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.

7. How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your RunSnip account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can find your order with your email address.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. They are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take a few days more to show them.

8. After a refund

When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for ends, and your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects and files are kept, within the Free plan's limits as described in the Terms of Service.

9. Chargebacks

Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank; a refund is quicker for everyone. An account with a payment disputed through the bank may be moved to the Free plan while the dispute is open.
